What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha-Yoga is a sequence of postures (asanas in Sanskrit) very simple or more complicated. Hatha Yoga associate the control of the breath (pranayama) and the concentration.

As with other forms of yoga, Hatha-Yoga allows an improvement in the practitioner’s overall form, as the practice progresses. He is recognized for many benefits:
